Cinco de Mayo with Catarina’s Foodtruck

What is Cinco de Mayo, you may ask. Commonly mistaken for Mexico’s Independence Day, Cinco de Mayo commemorates the victory of the Mexican forces against the French army in the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862. (Mexican independence day falls on September 16th). That said, Cinco de Mayo is widely seen as a celebration of Mexican culture and heritage here in the US.

And we are with you, guys! This Saturday, we’ll be celebrating at Mayday Brewery. Come join us and let us all feast on cerveza, music and tacos starting at 1PM. See you all there!
